Binary Compensation Plan — Every Commission Type Explained

A one-time commission paid to a distributor for every new member they personally sponsor into the network. The referral bonus is paid on the package value of the new member's enrollment — typically 10%–20%. It creates an immediate cash incentive for active recruitment, separate from the passive income of the pairing bonus.

A one-time (or periodic) lump-sum reward paid when a distributor achieves a new qualifying rank. Ranks are determined by a combination of personal BV, active leg requirements, team BV, and number of active qualified distributors in each leg. Each rank unlocks a higher pairing bonus percentage and a larger daily cap.

The fast-start bonus pays new distributors (and their sponsors) at an elevated commission rate during a defined introductory window — typically the first 30 to 90 days. This accelerates early earnings, motivates rapid team building, and significantly reduces early dropout rates by giving new members a tangible income win within their first month.

The matching bonus pays a percentage of the pairing bonuses earned by personally sponsored downline members. Every time a direct recruit earns a pairing bonus, the sponsor receives an additional matching commission — creating an incentive to actively support their recruits' success. The matching percentage is typically 10%–20% and may extend to 2nd or 3rd generation sponsors.

The global bonus pool allocates a fixed percentage (typically 1%–5%) of the company's total revenue into a shared pool distributed among distributors who have achieved the highest qualifying ranks. It creates an aspirational long-term income goal and rewards leaders who have built the largest, most productive organizations — regardless of whether they personally recruit new members in a given month.
